This summary outlines how Procom prevents fraudulent&nbsp;postings and what candidates can expect when applying to roles posted by Procom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our&nbsp;Approach&nbsp;to Legitimate Job Postings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All job postings published by Procom, whether for internal roles or on behalf of our clients,&nbsp;are managed through established recruitment processes designed to reduce the risk of fraudulent postings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of these processes, Procom:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verifies the legitimacy of the hiring organization.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validates job details, including duties, compensation, location, and required skills.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitors&nbsp;for fraud indicators such as unverifiable contacts, inconsistencies, or unusual urgency.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These safeguards apply to all postings created by Procom for itself and for clients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transparency in Job Postings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To&nbsp;ensure job postings are&nbsp;not&nbsp;fraudulent&nbsp;and&nbsp;align with evolving legal and regulatory requirements across&nbsp;jurisdictions,&nbsp;Procom&nbsp;includes&nbsp;required&nbsp;compensation&nbsp;information, experience&nbsp;requirements,&nbsp;disclosures&nbsp;(AI screening, vacancy type, etc.)&nbsp;and anything else&nbsp;required&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;applicable&nbsp;law.<sup>1<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reporting a Suspicious or Fraudulent Posting&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone, including&nbsp;candidates, employees, clients, job board operators, or members of the public,&nbsp;can report a suspected fraudulent job posting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can report concerns by:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contacting Procom at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:procomcompliance@procomservices.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">procomcompliance@procomservices.com<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting the posting directly through the job board where it appears&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procom reviews all reports, investigates promptly, and removes any fraudulent or unauthorized postings.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corrective Action&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a job posting is found to be fraudulent or&nbsp;noncompliant, Procom may take corrective action to protect candidates and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the integrity of our recruitment processes.&nbsp;These steps may include&nbsp;removing or correcting job postings, coordinating with clients or third-party platforms, or escalating matters where&nbsp;required.
