Ce r\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u00e9crit comment Procom pr\u00e9vient la publication d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi frauduleuses et ce \u00e0 quoi les candidat\u00b7es peuvent s\u2019attendre lorsqu\u2019il\u00b7elles postulent \u00e0 des offres publi\u00e9es par Procom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notre approche concernant les offres d\u2019emploi l\u00e9gitimes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes les offres d\u2019emploi publi\u00e9es par Procom, qu\u2019elles concernent des postes internes ou qu\u2019elles soient publi\u00e9es pour le compte de nos entreprises clientes, sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es selon des processus de recrutement \u00e9tablis, con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9duire le risque de publications frauduleuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de ces processus, Procom&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>v\u00e9rifie la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation qui recrute;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>valide les descriptions de poste, y compris les t\u00e2ches, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, le lieu de travail et les comp\u00e9tences requises;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>surveille les indicateurs de fraude tels que les contacts non v\u00e9rifiables, les incoh\u00e9rences ou une urgence inhabituelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces mesures de protection s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 toutes les publications cr\u00e9\u00e9es par Procom pour son compte et pour celui de ses entreprises clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transparence des offres d\u2019emploi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute fraude et d\u2019assurer la conformit\u00e9 des offres d\u2019emploi aux exigences l\u00e9gislatives et r\u00e9glementaires en constante \u00e9volution dans les territoires concern\u00e9s, Procom inclut les renseignements obligatoires sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, les exigences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, les mentions l\u00e9gales (pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection par IA, type de poste vacant, etc.) et toute autre information requise par la loi.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Signaler une publication suspecte ou frauduleuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toute personne, y compris les candidat\u00b7es, les employ\u00e9\u00b7es, les client\u00b7es, les gestionnaires de sites d\u2019emploi ou le public, peut signaler une offre d\u2019emploi suspecte ou frauduleuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici comment signaler vos pr\u00e9occupations&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contactez Procom \u00e0 l\u2019adresse <a href=\"mailto:procomcompliance@procomservices.com\">procomcompliance@procomservices.com<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>signalez la publication directement sur le site d\u2019emploi o\u00f9 elle appara\u00eet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procom examine tous les signalements, m\u00e8ne rapidement une enqu\u00eate et supprime toute publication frauduleuse ou non autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mesures correctives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si une offre d\u2019emploi s\u2019av\u00e8re frauduleuse ou non conforme, Procom peut prendre des mesures correctives pour prot\u00e9ger les candidat\u00b7es et pr\u00e9server l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de nos processus de recrutement. Ces mesures peuvent comprendre la suppression ou la correction des offres d\u2019emploi, la coordination avec les entreprises clientes ou les plateformes tierces, ou encore l\u2019escalade des informations \u00e0 un \u00e9chelon sup\u00e9rieur si n\u00e9cessaire. Les candidat\u00b7es concern\u00e9\u00b7es peuvent \u00eatre inform\u00e9\u00b7es le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
