La main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre op\u00e8re sous le poids de la grande d\u00e9mission, et celle-ci ne semble pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 ralentir de sit\u00f4t. En fait, un rapport r\u00e9cent de Procom, le \u00ab Voice of Talent \u00bb, portant sur plus de 1 000 travailleurs en Am\u00e9rique du Nord a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 52 % des r\u00e9pondants \u00e9taient \u00ab susceptibles \u00bb de vouloir \u00ab tr\u00e8s probablement \u00bb quitter leur poste actuel au cours des 12 prochains mois.<br><br>Pour les employeurs, cela signifie qu&#8217;ils doivent agir d\u00e8s maintenant afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter que leurs employ\u00e9s ne rejoignent ce que l&#8217;on a appel\u00e9 &#8220;la grande d\u00e9mission&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUELLE EST LA CAUSE DE LA GRANDE D\u00c9MISSION?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pand\u00e9mie a pouss\u00e9 les travailleurs \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9valuer ce qui compte le plus pour eux lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019atteindre un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. Les donn\u00e9es d\u00e9montrent que les principaux facteurs de motivation pour lesquels les employ\u00e9s partent : les travailleurs sont d\u00e9bord\u00e9s et \u00e9puis\u00e9s dans leur emploi actuel; ils souffrent d\u2019un manque de croissance professionnelle dans leur emploi actuel et pourraient partir si un salaire ou un taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 leur \u00e9tait offert.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STRAT\u00c9GIES POUR AM\u00c9LIORER LA FID\u00c9LISATION<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame en p\u00e9riode d&#8217;incertitude, les employ\u00e9s sont optimistes quant \u00e0 leur avenir et ils ont le choix.
