Les CV ne peuvent pas \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s lorsqu\u2019un responsable du recrutement ne peut pas \u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience du candidat. Il convient de poser des questions approfondies tout au long du processus d&#8217;embauche. Un candidat qualifi\u00e9 doit avoir les mots-cl\u00e9s pertinents qui correspondent aux comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es par le responsable du recrutement. Si son CV est trop g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et qu\u2019il n&#8217;est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019emploi auquel il postule, il est tr\u00e8s probable qu&#8217;il postule sur plusieurs emplois en m\u00eame temps et qu\u2019il attend que le premier \u2018\u2019poisson\u2019\u2019 morde \u00e0 l&#8217;hame\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les candidats peuvent \u00e9galement inclure beaucoup de &#8220;bruits&#8221; dans leur CV afin de distraire le responsable du recrutement. Si ce n&#8217;est pas le cas, v\u00e9rifiez aupr\u00e8s de votre candidat les clients pour lesquels il a travaill\u00e9 en tant que pigiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00c9RIFIER SUR LINKEDIN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisez LinkedIn comme source principale de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection des candidats et assurez-vous que toutes les dates et tous les noms d&#8217;entreprise correspondent aux informations qui vous ont envoy\u00e9es. Les candidats sont plus susceptibles d&#8217;\u00eatre honn\u00eates dans leur profil, car ils ont des liens avec leur derni\u00e8re entreprise et coll\u00e8gues. Y a-t-il des entreprises mentionn\u00e9es sur le CV que vous ne reconnaissez pas? Des noms d&#8217;entreprises m\u00e9connaissables peuvent signifier qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;entreprises ill\u00e9gitimes ou inexistantes. Effectuez des recherches sur les entreprises dans Google, et \u00e9valuez leur existence en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>METTRE LES COMP\u00c9TENCES \u00c0 RUDE \u00c9PREUVE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;allongement des comp\u00e9tences est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne courant. Les candidats qui ont quelques fois utilis\u00e9 une application ou seulement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole peuvent la faire appara\u00eetre comme une comp\u00e9tence professionnelle dans leur CV. Mettez ces comp\u00e9tences en \u00e9vidence et demandez o\u00f9 et quand elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es.
