Un r\u00e9cent article de HR Dive sur la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrdive.com\/spons\/transforming-your-talent-management-demands-new-skills-and-a-new-way-of-thi\/633105\/\">comp\u00e9tences nouvelles et futures<\/a>&nbsp;note que l&#8217;acquisition et la conservation des talents au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure pour la plupart des employeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons\u00e9quent, les organisations doivent int\u00e9grer leurs strat\u00e9gies en mati\u00e8re de talents dans leurs plans d&#8217;entreprise. Pour ce faire, \u00e9valuez le succ\u00e8s de votre approche actuelle en mati\u00e8re de recherche, d&#8217;embauche et de fid\u00e9lisation des talents par rapport au vivier de talents de votre organisation et de votre secteur d&#8217;activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e9er une taxonomie des comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9laborer un syst\u00e8me de classification des comp\u00e9tences qui inclut les exigences n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins actuels et une projection de l&#8217;\u00e9volution de ces comp\u00e9tences et des nouvelles comp\u00e9tences qui pourraient \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es ou plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un rapport r\u00e9cent du cabinet de conseil McKinsey &amp; Company sur les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et les comp\u00e9tences futures recommande d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-organization-blog\/using-skill-gap-assessments-to-help-future-proof-your-organization\">taxonomie des comp\u00e9tences<\/a>.&#8221; Cette taxonomie devrait se fonder sur trois sources principales :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Taxonomies de comp\u00e9tences existantes<\/strong>: \u00c9valuez le travail pass\u00e9 et actuel de votre organisation ; examinez les taxonomies de comp\u00e9tences de vos concurrents ou d&#8217;organisations similaires ; consultez les associations sectorielles et les organismes de recherche pour obtenir des informations sur les tendances en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comp\u00e9tences analytiques<\/strong>: Exploitez les analyses disponibles au sein de votre propre organisation, des associations professionnelles et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour rep\u00e9rer les comp\u00e9tences les plus demand\u00e9es et identifier les changements ; surveillez les offres d&#8217;emploi dans le domaine de votre organisation pour conna\u00eetre les tendances en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le point de vue des experts<\/strong>: Demandez aux dirigeants internes, aux employ\u00e9s estim\u00e9s et \u00e0 d&#8217;autres sp\u00e9cialistes de l&#8217;industrie de vous fournir des pr\u00e9dicteurs de comp\u00e9tences futures fond\u00e9s sur les connaissances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce m\u00e9lange de donn\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes et de projections fond\u00e9es sur des informations peut contribuer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9laboration d&#8217;une taxonomie qui distingue les comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, les comp\u00e9tences techniques et les comp\u00e9tences non techniques et qui montre comment ces comp\u00e9tences sont li\u00e9es aux besoins actuels et futurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au-del\u00e0 des comp\u00e9tences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous \u00e9valuez les comp\u00e9tences futures, ne vous limitez pas aux comp\u00e9tences techniques. Prenez en compte les &#8220;soft skills&#8221;, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire les aptitudes et les caract\u00e9ristiques dont votre personnel aura besoin pour r\u00e9ussir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Environ la moiti\u00e9 de la main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre actuelle devra acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences d&#8217;ici 2025, selon l&#8217;\u00e9tude la plus r\u00e9cente de l&#8217;OCDE.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/reports\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2020\/in-full\">Rapport sur l&#8217;avenir de l&#8217;emploi<\/a>&nbsp;par le Conseil \u00e9conomique mondial (CEM). Le CME suit l&#8217;\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences futures depuis plus d&#8217;une demi-d\u00e9cennie, mais en 2020, il y a ajout\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences non techniques et les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;autogestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les comp\u00e9tences non techniques et d&#8217;autogestion que le CME consid\u00e8re comme cruciales pour l&#8217;avenir comprennent, sans s&#8217;y limiter, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apprentissage actif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9flexion analytique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pens\u00e9e cr\u00e9ative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Culture num\u00e9rique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;importance des comp\u00e9tences non techniques pourrait en fait cro\u00eetre au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la technologie progresse et qu&#8217;elle est adopt\u00e9e plus largement. Comme l&#8217;indique le rapport du CME, les comp\u00e9tences techniques sont souvent \u00e0 la tra\u00eene par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption de la technologie et d\u00e9pendent de ceux qui poss\u00e8dent des comp\u00e9tences non techniques de haut niveau, comme les capacit\u00e9s d&#8217;apprentissage cognitif et l&#8217;auto-motivation, pour combler les lacunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagez votre personnel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Impliquez vos dirigeants et l&#8217;ensemble de votre personnel dans le processus de d\u00e9termination des comp\u00e9tences futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;avancement de carri\u00e8re et les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel sont importants pour les travailleurs, tout comme le fait d&#8217;avoir son mot \u00e0 dire sur l&#8217;avenir de l&#8217;organisation. Le fait de solliciter l&#8217;avis de toutes les \u00e9quipes et de tous les \u00e9chelons hi\u00e9rarchiques de votre organisation renforce la culture et montre que l&#8217;organisation s&#8217;investit dans l&#8217;avenir de ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les talents existants peuvent \u00e9galement fournir une mine de d\u00e9tails pour alimenter votre taxonomie des comp\u00e9tences. Les travailleurs actuels sont souvent d&#8217;excellentes ressources pour l&#8217;\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences.
