La pand\u00e9mie a incit\u00e9 de nombreuses personnes \u00e0 r\u00e9orienter leurs priorit\u00e9s pour trouver des r\u00f4les qui correspondent mieux \u00e0 leur vie personnelle et \u00e0 leurs passions professionnelles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une r\u00e9cente enqu\u00eate de Procom a interrog\u00e9 plus de 1 740 travailleurs permanents et occasionnels en Am\u00e9rique du Nord afin d&#8217;identifier les possibilit\u00e9s pour les employeurs d&#8217;acc\u00e9der aux comp\u00e9tences dont ils ont besoin sur le march\u00e9 du travail d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 Principales conclusions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour que les entreprises renforcent leur position en tant qu&#8217;employeur de choix pour les talents, il est n\u00e9cessaire de se concentrer intentionnellement et durablement sur l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience du personnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 1 : la culture d&#8217;entreprise rattrape la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en tant que priorit\u00e9 absolue en mati\u00e8re de talents&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conventional wisdom maintains that pay rate and salary are primary factors in determining whether someone accepts a contract or permanent position.&nbsp; As monetary compensation increases have spread across the market, however, cultural factors such as collaborative work environments, meaningful work and&nbsp; flexibility have begun to show increased influence on talents\u2019 decisions to accept an assignment \u2013 or to end one early.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les talents d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui ont des attentes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard des organisations pour lesquelles ils travaillent, notamment en termes d&#8217;environnement de travail et de culture d&#8217;entreprise. Les talents citent comme attributs les plus importants du lieu de travail les environnements de travail collaboratifs et solidaires (66%), le travail utile (65%) et la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires (65%).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 2 : le travail valorisant est une nouvelle proposition de valeur pour l&#8217;employeur&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les talents de tous les secteurs, y compris les talents occasionnels et les employ\u00e9s permanents, recherchent un travail qui r\u00e9ponde \u00e0 leur besoin de sens et d&#8217;objectif. Soixante-cinq pour cent des travailleurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#8217;un travail qui a du sens est tr\u00e8s ou extr\u00eamement important pour eux. Les employeurs qui comprennent ce que signifie un travail utile pour leur organisation et leurs talents et qui trouvent des moyens de mettre en valeur ce sens et cet objectif auront un avantage tout en cr\u00e9ant un environnement de travail plus centr\u00e9 sur l&#8217;humain. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principale conclusion : les entreprises qui mettent l&#8217;accent sur l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience des travailleurs externes attireront et engageront une plus grande partie de cette r\u00e9serve de talents. &nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les donn\u00e9es de Procom montrent que l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience globale des travailleurs externes est aujourd&#8217;hui positive. Soixante-quinze pour cent d&#8217;entre eux d\u00e9clarent recevoir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de la reconnaissance pour leur bon travail. En outre, plus de deux tiers (68%) des collaborateurs externes affirment qu&#8217;ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient toujours ou souvent du m\u00eame respect que les employ\u00e9s permanents ou \u00e0 temps plein dans le cadre de leur travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultat cl\u00e9 4 : la perspective mitig\u00e9e des talents sur la stabilit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e des opportunit\u00e9s pour les employeurs &nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (56%) des talents se disent confiants dans la stabilit\u00e9 de leur emploi actuel malgr\u00e9 une \u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9cession. Environ le m\u00eame nombre (57%) est tout \u00e0 fait d&#8217;accord pour dire que les missions dans des entreprises et des secteurs plus stables sont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables en p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9cession. Trente-six pour cent d&#8217;entre eux d\u00e9clarent qu&#8217;ils envisageraient de quitter pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment une mission en raison de l&#8217;instabilit\u00e9 de la situation \u00e9conomique.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces chiffres indiquent que les employeurs ont la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;influencer les perspectives des travailleurs qui leur sont pr\u00e9cieux et qu&#8217;ils souhaitent fid\u00e9liser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cinqui\u00e8me constatation : les attentes non satisfaites des travailleurs entra\u00eeneront une fuite des talents &nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les talents ont aujourd&#8217;hui plus de poids sur le march\u00e9 du travail, en grande partie \u00e0 cause de la p\u00e9nurie \u00e0 long terme de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et de la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation par les travailleurs de la place de leur carri\u00e8re dans leur vie. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es (41%) ont mis fin \u00e0 une mission de mani\u00e8re anticip\u00e9e pour cause d&#8217;insatisfaction. Outre le fait que les talents ont des attentes plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es dans tous les domaines, si les employeurs ne tiennent pas leurs promesses, les travailleurs les plus qualifi\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement en mesure de trouver rapidement un nouveau poste qui r\u00e9pond mieux \u00e0 leurs attentes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des talents (64%) r\u00e9silieront un contrat en raison d&#8217;un environnement de travail toxique. La culture d&#8217;entreprise et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience du personnel ont clairement un impact direct sur l&#8217;attraction, l&#8217;engagement et la fid\u00e9lisation des talents. Il est important que les employeurs soient conscients que des cultures d&#8217;entreprise inclusives, saines et heureuses sont incroyablement importantes pour les travailleurs externes et les employ\u00e9s permanents et qu&#8217;elles sont de plus en plus fondamentales pour la strat\u00e9gie de talents d&#8217;une organisation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>T<\/strong>es talents d&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui veulent tout savoir&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La course aux talents est plus comp\u00e9titive que jamais. Les travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires et les employ\u00e9s permanents veulent un travail qui corresponde \u00e0 leurs valeurs et qui ait un impact. Les talents veulent une communication r\u00e9ciproque, un retour d&#8217;information et des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement.
