Book a quick discovery call. We’ll confirm role details and timeline, launch the search, deliver your short-list, and handle onboarding, timesheets, and ongoing support through our client portal.

We cover Software Engineering (Java, .NET, Python), DevOps and Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, Project Management, and more, across finance, telecom, automotive, healthcare, and public sector.

We offer replacement guarantees. If a contractor leaves or under-performs within the guarantee window, we provide a qualified replacement at no additional charge.

There are no up-front fees. You pay an all-inclusive hourly bill rate that covers the contractor’s pay, statutory costs, and Procom’s margin—fully itemized so you see exactly where every dollar goes.

Most assignments run 3–12 months, but we support shorter sprints and multi-year projects. Extensions or conversions to full-time are easy to arrange.

For in-demand skill sets (cloud, full-stack, cybersecurity) we usually deliver a short-list within 2–3 business days. Highly specialized needs may take up to a week.

Contract staffing is a resourcing strategy that enables you to add skilled IT professionals to your team on a contract basis instead of having to hire additional permanent employees.

Once you let us know the type of talent you need, we’ll handle the rest. We’ll provide you with a variety of qualified candidates to choose from, and once you have decided who you want to hire, we’ll take care of the work involved to get them onboarded on your team. We’ll also manage the time reporting, payment and invoicing processes so you can focus on getting your work done.

All workers are engaged through Procom, not as your employees. We manage onboarding, right-to-work validations, and cross-border tax obligations, following IRS/DOL rules in the U.S. and CRA/provincial standards in Canada.
