Most assignments run 3–12 months, but we support shorter sprints and multi-year projects. Extensions or conversions to full-time are easy to arrange.

For in-demand skills, we typically shortlist priority roles within 72 hours. Highly specialized searches may take a little longer, and we’ll set expectations up front.

All workers are engaged through Procom, not as your employees. We manage onboarding, right-to-work validations, and cross-border tax obligations, following IRS/DOL rules in the U.S. and CRA/provincial standards in Canada.
