  2. Delivery teams utilize industry leading sourcing, screening and AI tools to find and assess top talent in the market. We present our top candidates to your team, often within 72 hours.
  3. We coordinate all interviews. You interview and select the finalist.
  4. We coordinate references, offers, and start-date logistics.

Direct hire places a candidate straight onto your payroll as a permanent employee with full benefits. There’s no agency payroll in the middle—you gain long-term talent while we handle the recruiting legwork.
