  • United States: Mid-level IT PMs average US $60–$85/hr or US $120K–$155K yearly for permanent roles.

We review résumés for delivery track record, conduct behavioural and situational interviews, assess methodology depth (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), and gather references confirming on-time, on-budget success. If required, we also verify identities and assess technical proficiency for certain skills.

Look for PMP® or PRINCE2 certification for traditional projects and CSM®, PSM™, or SAFe® for Agile. Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder-engagement skills are must-haves, as well as the ability to define scope, goals, timelines, and resources while taking into consideration budgeting and cost control. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Prosci Change Management Certification are also desirable.
