Earned by less than two per cent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada 

TORONTO, ON – February 4 – The Procom Group of Companies, a leading staffing agency in the North American contract workforce management industry, announced today that they have won ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to their clients and job seekers. 

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings by their clients and the contractors.  

Less than 2 per cent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence. This is Procom’s fifth consecutive year in winning both Talent and Client awards.  Procom has not only been awarded the Best of Staffing but also Diamond status for five consecutive years. 

Focused on helping to connect people with the right job openings at companies across North America, Procom received satisfaction scores of nine or 10 out of 10 from 84.4 per cent of their clients and 78.5 per cent of their talent, significantly higher than the industry’s average.
