Director of Operations
Tena Thiessen joined Procom in 2019 as the Director of Operations. As Procom continues to expand, Ms. Thiessen plays a crucial role in developing and refining business procedures, overseeing the client services team, as well as providing her expertise to craft Procom’s policies and procedures.
With over 22 years of experience within various roles in the IT Staffing industry, Ms. Thiessen’s comprehensive knowledge of the IT staffing space and her expert insights have been a critical part of Procom’s continued growth and success.
Ms. Thiessen graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 as well as an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration at the Ivey Business School in 1994.
In her spare time, Ms. Thiessen enjoys spending time with her Yorkie Maltese, Disco, and is an avid fan of a variety of major sports. A resident of Toronto, some of her favourite sports teams include: the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Toronto Raptors, the New England Patriots, and the North Carolina Tar Heels.
