Hire Project Managers
to keep your initiatives
on track

Project Manager talent covers professionals who plan, execute, and deliver projects, from IT implementations to organizational change, on time and on budget while ensuring alignment with scope, time, budget, and strategic goals.

We place contract and full-time permanent IT Project Managers, Agile/Scrum Masters, Program Managers, PMO Leads, ERP Rollout PMs, and industry-specific PMs (banking, healthcare, public sector, etc.), matched to project size, methodology, and domain.

Look for PMP® or PRINCE2 certification for traditional projects and CSM®, PSM™, or SAFe® for Agile. Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder-engagement skills are must-haves, as well as the ability to define scope, goals, timelines, and resources while taking into consideration budgeting and cost control. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Prosci Change Management Certification are also desirable.

We review résumés for delivery track record, conduct behavioural and situational interviews, assess methodology depth (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), and gather references confirming on-time, on-budget success. If required, we also verify identities and assess technical proficiency for certain skills.

• United States: Mid-level IT PMs average US $60–$85/hr or US $120K–$155K yearly for permanent roles.
• Canada: Mid-level IT PMs average CA $75–$85/hr or CA $110K–$135K yearly for permanent roles.

Rates rise for large programs or niche domains; ask us for a fresh market snapshot.

For common industries we typically present vetted candidates within 24–48 hours. Highly specialized programs or security-cleared PMs may take 1 – 2 weeks.

Yes. We regularly place on-site, remote, and hybrid PMs, while handling cross-border contracts, payroll, and compliance requirements for both countries.

In the U.S. we follow IRS/DOL guidelines (1099 vs W-2). In Canada we use CRA/provincial tests. Procom manages classification, contracts, and multi-currency payroll (1099-NEC or T4A) to keep you risk-free.

Absolutely. Engage a single PM to lead an initiative, or a full team — Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA, and Developers — for turnkey delivery.

Book a brief discovery call. We’ll clarify your project scope, timeline, and methodology, then deliver a shortlist of pre-vetted PMs and handle onboarding end-to-end.
